Checked against the Agreement
Every plan is checked against the MEA before it is signed.
Every teacher’s workplan in one place, checked against the MEA.

Approved and trusted by some of Australia’s leading training organisations
Your workplans are due 1 March. Every one has to meet the Agreement: teaching hours, prep and marking time, other duties. Right now your program leads build them in spreadsheets, and checking them means going through each one by hand. And if a workload issue is raised later, you need to show exactly what each teacher agreed to.
MST puts every workplan in one place, checked against the Agreement before anyone signs, with every version on record.

Every plan is checked against the MEA before it is signed.
The program lead and teacher agree the plan and sign it in MST. No emailed spreadsheets.
When a plan changes mid-year, MST saves a new version, so you can always show what was agreed.
Automatic emails go out at every step. The signed plan is sent to the teacher, the program lead and HR.

30 minutes, starting with how your TAFE does it today.
One or two departments first, up and running in weeks.
Every workplan agreed, checked against the MEA and signed.
The things TAFE teams ask us most about moving workplans out of spreadsheets.
Ask our assistant, or talk to the Gibble team directly.
Each teacher has an annual workplan that allocates their hours across teaching delivery, preparation and marking, and other duties. Many TAFEs still build and track these in spreadsheets. MST puts every plan in one place, so the program lead and teacher can agree and sign it together.

Yes. Most TAFEs start with one or two departments, get those plans signed, then roll MST out further when they’re ready.

The MEA sets the rules for how teaching staff hours are allocated across teaching delivery, preparation and marking, and other duties. MST is built around it, so every workplan is checked against the Agreement before it’s signed. For the detail, refer to the Agreement itself or your HR team.
